I don't ever want to be anywhere without you.

I have so much strength in me you have no idea. I have a love in my life. It makes me stronger than anything you can imagine.

Essen und einkaufen

Of course, I couldn't go to Berlin and not take a photo of currywurst, street food consisting of a delicious sausage with lots of tomato sauce and curry. It was soooo good! Perfect food for a cold day.

I think it's quite safe to say that I could happily eat pretzels every day for the rest of my life. I think they're just scrumptious. Add to that a chilled prosecco to wash it down and I'm a happy girl.

Yes, I'm that weird girl who always feels the need to take a photo of her cappuccino.

Fritz-kola! These two happy guys looking at me from the shelf, how am I supposed to resist? Bye-bye Coke, so long Pepsi!

Lovely desserts and coffee (again) at Hackescher Markt.

I actually didn't do a lot of shopping, but these are my favourite things I got. A tote bag and a scarf with the greatest illustrations. Here's what the tag reads: This item is part of a Serious Fresh edition of clothing designed by the artistgroup Klub7. Part of the profits will be donated to fight child and adolescent poverty and to help social projects.

I was intrigued, so I did some research (ok, I googled them) and found their site and here's their bio from their Facebook fan page: We are a collective of six designers and artists who live in Halle and Berlin. We work and create within the sub-cultural areas of street art, urban art and postgraffiti. KLUB7 was founded in 1998. Since then, we have been realizing various wall and interior design projects. KLUB7’s fresh, authentic, urban style that is characterized by its long-year activity within the scene, is captivating.

This is a vintage, military-style pin, a lovely scarf and a pair of vintage black and white gloves. Love the swirls!

Last post of my Berlin trip, thank you for all the lovely comments and hope you enjoyed them!

Then we take Berlin

A few pictures from the Berlin Wall East Side Gallery, a 1.3 km-long section of the Wall, which is located near the center of the city, on Mühlenstraße. It features paintings from artists from all over the world. The official website is here .

I get really nostalgic looking at the pictures! Great, big trees, the river Spree, bridges, trains, markets and lots of art! What more can you ask, really?

Final Berlin post coming up!

Ich bin ein Berliner

It was my first time in Berlin, and I can't wait to go back! Such an interesting city, filled with beautiful autumn colours, and way too big for me to explore in such a small amount of time! It was really cold, and the sun went down at 4:30 pm so excuse the dark pictures!

These photos are from an exhibition on Alexanderplatz, about the history of the Berlin Wall. These days Berlin is celebrating 20 years since the fall of the Wall.

The trip was really short, so there wasn't time to do a lot of things, but it was a much-needed break.

Another Berlin post coming soon!
