This little blog was born! Ok, so the actual birthday has passed, but we do love celebrations here. Even late ones!

And for this particular celebration you don't have to get me anything. But I have to give you something. Yes, it's time for another giveaway, a thank you for your support and for the company you keep me!

Above you can see the Polaroid necklace, available in my shop . The prize of this giveaway is a Polaroid brooch. You know, just like the one pictured, but a brooch. Ok, I think you got it.

All you have to do is leave a comment here, telling me whatever you want. Make sure to include a valid e-mail address (if you don't have a blog).
You can enter once a day.
Deadline is May 7.
If you tweet or blog or facebook (yes, I just used facebook as a verb) this giveway I will love you forever. And you'll have another entry. Make sure to leave me a comment to let me know!

To Dress

So, this past Saturday was the perfect day for a museum stroll downtown, as the weather was sunny and cool and we couldn't let that go to waste, right? Benaki Museum holds a cool exhibition about clothing, from contemporary dresses to traditional costumes from Afghanistan. As the curator states, the exhibition serves as a reminder of the great need to have a Clothing Museum in Greece to collect and preserve all these sartorial treasures.

The Breakfast Club

Another quick post from me to pimp my new collection, The Breakfast Club. I'm really excited about it! You can see a sneak peek above, 3 bottlecap rings, each featuring a high school stereotype. Each ring is one of a kind and they are made with authentic, black and white American yearbook pictures from 1953. You might have noticed I'm really into old photos and I find vintage yearbooks fascinating, so I'm particularly happy with how these rings turned out!

These three will be gradually appearing in the shop with more coming soon! I'll be selling them as rings but there's always the option to turn them into brooches.

In related news, if you have a Facebook account like all the cool kids do and like my work, you could be a fan of Naked Tile Jewellery here . Don't worry, I won't flood your news feed!

I'll be back later this week with pretty pictures from a museum exhibition I visited this weekend. Hope you all enjoyed the holiday!

See you soon! xoxo
